Initiates a PagoEfectivo payment.

The restrictions object allows the payment to be initiated for the payment option selected by the customer during merchant checkout.

Set payment_instrument to pagoefectivo to initiate a PagoEfectivo payment.

Error number 2039 indicates that a supplied payment_instrument or payment_instrument_subtype value is invalid.
