Create a PagoEfectivo Disposition

Creates a PagoEfectivo disposition for the payment option selected by the customer during merchant checkout.

The dispositionRestrictions array must contain an INSTRUMENT restriction with either paysafecard or pagoefectivo as its value.

Error code 2039 indicates that the value passed for INSTRUMENT is not valid.
