Capture a Prevalidated Payout

/payouts/:id/capture

Captures a payout that was successfully validated through a previous POST /payouts request.

The id must identify a payout with status VALIDATION_SUCCESSFUL. When the capture request succeeds, the payout is executed and its status changes to PENDING.
