Status of the payment token as received from the payment token creator (normally Visa or Mastercard).

• A = Active
• D = Deleted (once in this status, it is normally never changed)
• I = Inactive
• N = Not Tokenised
• P = Pending
• S = Suspended
• U = Unknown
• X = Deactivated
