Represents a payment instrument, used for Deposit or Withdrawal. Here are the valid instrumentType values:

Possible values: [VERIFIED, UNVERIFIED, VERIFICATION_REQUIRED, REJECTED]

Represents RFC 3339, section 5.6 date-time.
