Integration Process Overview

The following steps must be completed to integrate PaysafeCard in a webshop.

  • Test Data: PaysafeCard provides a test data package. This package contains the SOPG username, the matching password for technical authentication, merchant account information, documentation, a link to the logo, and sample codes.

  • Integration in Test Environment: The webshop integrates PaysafeCard into the test system. Sample codes can be used for this step. Detailed information about the payment flow and the API calls is available in the documentation.

  • Integration Test: After the integration is completed in the test environment, the webshop provides a URL and two test users to PaysafeCard. The technical support team then tests the integration, including the technical payment flow and brand assurance.

  • Production Data: If the test is completed successfully, PaysafeCard provides the production data, including the SOPG credentials.

  • Switch Integration to Production: The webshop switches the PaysafeCard integration to the production system by changing the API endpoints and SOPG credentials.

  • IP Whitelisting: The webshop provides its IP addresses so PaysafeCard can whitelist them in its system.

  • Final Check: After the setup is complete, the webshop provides a URL and two test users to PaysafeCard. The technical support team then performs a real-money end-to-end test.

  • Go-Live: After the final test is completed successfully, the integration is finished and can be used by customers.
